Important Update!

July 16, 2025

Dear valued customer,

As you may or may not know, the acquisition of Heubach’s pigments business unit by Sudarshan was recently finalized. We are pleased to announce that Reliant Aluminum Products LLC will continue to be the exclusive North America distributor for Sudarshan anodizing chemistries. Sudarshan and Reliant are now starting to implement the new Sudarshan brand on our packaging, labels, and related documents.

Rest assured that the products and their performance characteristics have not changed and do not vary from the old branding to the new branding, The products are manufactured at the same facility with the same equipment and are identical in composition and formulation, irrespective of the package branding. Since the rebranding process will take some time to be completed, you may still receive packaging labelled with the previous “Heubach” brand.

The legacy-Heubach product brands – Anodal, Sanodal, Sanodye, and Sanodure will remain unchanged at this time. Likewise, this change in company branding does not affect the individual product names or codes.

The first phase of the package rebranding will affect products manufactured at the European facilities. The labeling of the packaging and corresponding documents with the new company name “Sudarshan” will begin shipping in the coming months.

Please share this information with all parties within your organization that this name change might affect. Should you have any questions, please reach out to your Reliant technical sales representative.

Yours sincerely,
Chris Parker
President
